No, we didn't make a mistake. This is indeed a Peterson Sherlock Holmes Original Sterling Silver that has been plated in Gold circa 1999. They are fairly rare and this one has survived in excellent condition. Fitted with a Peterson Lip stem that makes this sizeable smoker a comfortable clencher too, this precious metal adorned bent briar has a massive and slightly conical chamber and features a tight and densely packed cross-grain with both sides of the pipe framed in birdseye. In excellent condition with the original sleeve, this beautiful and very bent Irish briar is a generational jewel meant to be passed on again and again.
