Lifetime Refurbishment Guarantee

Every pipe purchased from Blue Room Briars can be sent back for a complete refurbishment treatment.  We like to think of it as a day at the spa for your faithful companion.  Once your pipe arrives we will contact you to let you know it is safe in our possession and we will quickly overhaul the pipe.

This service includes:

• Reaming the bowl, either back to the wood or to your specification
• Removing any oxidation and toothmarks from the stem
• Buffing or polishing the entire pipe to keep it looking good in your collection
• Modifying the draft or ramping the airway if requested
• Once during each calendar year for as long as you own the pipe
• Return shipping USPS First Class from Blue Room Briars

This service does not include:

• Stem repair or replacement
• Cracked shank, bowl fittings, or banding
• Replacement of any materials
• Shipping to Blue Room Briars

We love our pipes, and we understand that to keep them looking and smoking their best for years and years requires a professional touch and proper equipment.  On some rare occasions, due to the reality of natural materials, accidents happen.  If your pipe is ever damaged while in the care of Blue Room Briars, we will arrange for proper compensation on a case by case basis.  Please contact us with any questions or concerns about this unique approach to service our customers.
