Made from the semi-petrified material called morta, or bog oak, this large sitter estate pipe carries the brand name Ob and we admit we don't know much about the carver, Davorin Denovic, other than he specializes in morta smokers. The material is quite impressive as it has a kind of golden hue spread out over the rim and right side of this completely UNSMOKED pipe. The ferrule is a high-contrast smooth finished piece of briar and the acrylic stem is offset with a delrin tenon that slips snugly into a delrin sleeve lining the mortise for a perfect fit guaranteed to last several lifetimes of regular use. A cylindrical chamber is drilled with a draft at the very bottom and this unique and large sitter has a fantastic draw for supporting such a large capacity smoker. Note that this pipe comes with its original sleeve.
