While the Devil Anse shape is inherently small, this tight and contrasted sandblast from Charl is scaled up slightly providing a massive and well drilled chamber. Light enough to clench with ease, this forward canted briar has a draft hole directly at the bottom of the chamber to help smoke all the way to the bottom with a minimum of fuss. Difficult to see in the pictures is the degree of detail in the sandblast. Charl has given priority to a consistency over gouging out the wood to produce a distinct tight blast from a magnificent specimen of briar resulting in a timeless classic of smoking proficiency.
