Waboom, or commonly known as wagon wood or Protea Nitida, is endemic to South Africa and is the only Protea know to grow large enough to produce usable wood. Inserted into the saddle of this beautifully grained handmade from Charl Goussard, the results are an extraordinary decoration not commonly seen in artisan pipes.
