Ron Smith is one of a handful of American artisans actively using the driftwood finish, and on this pipe, that was an excellent choice. For as small and light as it is, this blowfish conceals a fairly large chamber while maintaining good wall thickness. The tie-dye like effect of the driftwood finish only accentuates the well oriented grain pattern.
