Tall and flared in the shank with an extension of ebonite, this older Stanwell 33 was made in the original Stanwell Danish factory and includes the registered number in the stampings, though they are well worn. The classic double bead around the bowl and the fancy Danish push stem all work together to balance this proprietary shape. Finished smooth with some lovely dense grain on display, this bulldog may look a little fancier than its English cousin but it has a massive chamber both wide and deep for flavorful enjoyment of English, Balkans, Lakelands, or any broad cut blend of choice.
