The wall on the right side of the bowl is much taller than the left on this completely UNSMOKED Hjerte-Brier bent freehand from Denmark. Even though there is some unusable chamber sticking up the depth is still impressive and the top half is drilled cylindrically while the lower portion cones to the draft hole at the very bottom. Capped with plateau at the rim and again at the shank, this bent briar is finished smooth and there are some minor handling marks, especially on the tall side where a shallow channel has been carved into the bowl, useful for a good grip when in the palm. A large capacity smoker, this bent freehand still has its original bowl coating and draws like a dream.
