This handmade pipe carries a stamped logo on its dark bamboo shank but despite our best efforts, we just can't make out who the creator is. Some over buffing and weak impression are both likely to blame, but this interesting and under bent smooth smoker is still a prize for those interested in the non-traditional shaping style. There is a flaw in the contrast smooth finish as well as some straight grain wrapped around the bowl. The narrow and conical chamber ends at the bottom with a slightly offset draft that will serve the shape well and still allow for passage of a cleaner. In outstanding shape with just some minor rim darkening, this Virginia forward clencher will also do well with a thin ribbon or shag cut.
