Bill Walther Pipe Turtle with Plateau and Brindle

Finished smooth in a dramatic, high-contrast finish of golden-amber hues and perfectly oriented grain, this turtle from Bill Walther has a patch of plateau spread across the front of the bowl.  Stemmed with eye catching brindle of black and green, this very large handmade has a silver reinforced mortise and a military mount.  Hefty in hand and far too big to clench for any significant time, this stunning sculpted smoker will always be cool in hand and an heirloom to pass on to future generations.
