Oldrich Jirsa is a Czech Republin pipe maker that has paid homage to the older French influence with this brilliantly bent and balanced egg estate pipe. Finished smooth, this handmade has a thin strip of what is most likely boxwood inserted into the tapered and bent stem of ebonite. The tall and cylindrical chamber has been charred about halfway down so a sodium silicate bowl coating has been added to ensure no more issues in its future. Framed with birdseye on both sides of the bowl, this bent and smooth beauty is cross-grained and makes a for a suitable companion when long smoking sessions are sought out.
