Castello has a large repertoire of distinctly Italian shapes, but they also make a considerable amount of classic shapes with an Italian flare. This Old Antiquari prince estate pipe is one of the latter. Old Antiquari is a fitting name for this example. The sandblast is soft like you would see after decades of use. And while more muscular than an English styled prince the shape is not overly large or unwieldy. Fitted with an acrylic ferrule and military mount acrylic stem, it should be exceptionally durable. The rim is darkened and the finish is worn, but the condition adds to the warm, vintage look of the pipe overall.
