Joe Hinkle Pipe Apple with Brindle

Smooth and plump, this smooth apple from Joe Hinkle was carved and hand shaped to perfect ripeness, forever encased in dense mid-contrasting grain.  Rounded at the swollen rim and thick through the shank, this smoker is just at the edge of the large end of the sweet spot's spectrum for chamber size and carries a cylindrical disposition.  Crown saddled with three colors of brindle ebonite, this eye popping smooth is another example of Joe's mastery of stem work and engineering.  The draw here is so smooth it might best be described as sensual making for a world-class smoker fit for generations or enjoyment.
