Jared Coles Pipe Sandblast Blowfish with Bamboo and Plateau

Magnificently long and lean for this type of shape, American pipe maker, Jared Coles, stretched out the construction of this blowfish with three knuckles of bamboo and a sculpted saddle stem with just a touch of bend for an elegant flourish.  The stummel is oriented to the briar showcasing the plateau on the side of the bowl as if the shape grew in the wood itself to eventually begin to split at the rounded cheek of the bowl.  Conical in design, the chamber narrows quickly making this lengthy celebration of natural material and organic proportion an excellent choice for virginias and shag cuts.
