Jared Coles Pipe Bent Sandblast Billiard with Juma

Tightly blasted and thick with growth rings and dense straight grain, this smooth rimmed bent billiard from West Coast American carver, Jared Coles has an insert of ivory Juma comprising the saddle of the ebonite stem.  Juma, often used in billiard cue manufacturing, makes for a clean trim and will not discolor over time.  The chamber is steeply tapered to a perfectly placed draft at the dead center of the bottom, which is connected to a perfect draw for this slightly under bent smoker.
