Doug Finlay Pipe 2427 Bent Sandblast Egg with Bamboo and Boxwood

Six knuckles of tight bamboo serve as a bent shank for this sandblasted handmade from American pipemaker, Doug Finlay.  Oriented for a low hanging clencher of serious capacity, this crown stemmed sandblast has a large chamber drilled to the center of the floor making a fine smoker easy to soak up every last morsel of tobacco flavor with minimum relights.  Note the flared piece of boxwood at the end of the shank that matches the tone of the bamboo, a nice touch of subtle balance between the saddle and bowl.
