C. Martin Pipe by Chris Mattioda Sandblast Dublin with Faux Horn

While the color of this American handmade from Chris Mattioda of C. Martin Pipes is a deep and rich contrast of black, browns, and burgundies, the sandblast finish has been enhanced with a particularly shiny sheen, much like what's seen in high end, French polished furniture.  The result provides added detail to the crisp and tight blast and though there are no flat surfaces on this stummel, the clean and precise shape is better for it.  Rounded at the broad rim and trimmed with a ring of acrylic that looks exactly like horn, this straight and lightweight smoker has room in the cylindrical chamber for a Balkan or English blend, though with such a well drilled and smooth, open draft, any genre of tobacco will do well here.
