Unmistakably English with just a minimal amount of cant in the bowl and a touch of sweep to the tapered stem, this BBB Silver Grain straight billiard estate pipe is over six inches in length and fairly sizeable. It is comfortable to clench but with no bend we don't recommend setting it between the teeth for an entire session, and with the size of the chamber, it will be a long session. The contrasting smooth finish displays the cross-grain though there is some wear and darkening across the broad rim and a sodium silicate bowl coating has been added to cover some charring in the capacious chamber. Otherwise, this BBB billiard is in outstanding condition and is highly recommended for both English smoky blends and favorite tongue friendly aromatics.
