Savinelli Leonardo The Bombard Sandblast Cherrywood (6mm Filter) with Silver Estate Pipe and Custom Tamper

The Bombard, the fourth release in Savinelli's Leonardo da Vinci Collection, is seen here in a smooth finish with the tell tale silver medal affixed to the top of this cherrywood poker estate pipe's shank.  Made in a limited edition run in 2008, this sandblasted and saddled Italian briar is an homage to the 15th century genius inventor, scientist, and artist who's sketch of a bomb delivering device was discovered in his extensive library.  This thick walled smoker featuring both room for 6mm filter and an adapter for a filterless smoke is newly restored for another generation's enjoyment.  There is some very minor inner rim darkening at the smooth and polished rim, but this Italian briar is in outstanding condition and comes complete with the original custom fitted box and matching tamper.
