Ron Smith Pipe Morta with Camel Brindle Acrylic

Stunningly consistent and perfectly oriented to a meaty and thick walled shape, this morta pipe from Ron Smith has been sandblasted to reveal the uniquely interesting results that can only come from the bog oak.  At five thousand year old, this vessel was alive and growing in the natural world back when they were just starting to think about growing monolithic structures, like Stonehenge.  Fitted with a nicely toned acrylic stem, this saddled clencher is just deep enough to be enjoyed for an hour at a time, but features a perfectly shaped chamber for getting all the nuances of flavor from any blend.
