H Pipe by Aidan Hesslewood Sandblast Dublin with Boxwood

Massively bowled with very thick walls, this round shanked dublin from English pipe maker Aidan Hesslewood, of H Pipes features a black ebonite stem with a wide insert of pale boxwood.  Deep in the tall, narrow chamber, this handful of handmade briar from England has a sweet spot size that is perfect for almost any genre of tobacco.  The contrast finish shows off dark burgundies to vibrant reds, especially when in direct light, there is even a smooth rounded bevel into the bowl.
