Charatan Authentic 481DC Cherrywood Estate Pipe

Sort of a dublin / cherrywood hybrid, this shape screams "Charatan." The Authentic series is nowhere as common as the Executive, Belvedere, or other lines, and on further research seems to be subject of intense debate in the pipe collecting community. Some claim they were made after the merger with Dunhill; others assert there is evidence that these are indeed "true" Charatan pipes. The history and controversy may be interesting, but this pipe, regardless of its origin, is well made, as well as many older Charatans we've seen. This estate pipe is in excellent condition, with only a smattering of light handling marks.
