Item # BS254974$575.00
Details
Swollen at the front of the large bowl, deeply sandblasted, and finished in a gleaming blend of rusts, reds, browns, and oranges, this slightly bent acorn from American pipemaker, Bill Shalosky also boasts a classis red brindle stem of ebonite and a ring facing the flared shank made of gaboon ebony. Bill's minimal shaping is both subtle and spot on as he uses only the details necessary to preserve his careful construction. The chamber is wide at the top but narrows to the draft at the bottom which will make this American handmade versatile enough to enjoy the latakia laden English and Balkans as well as a favorite aromatic.
