Andrea Gigliucci Pipe Bulldog with Ebony and Brindle

Markedly strong in the chin, this Italian designed bulldog from Andrea is a sophisticated interpretation of the classic shape.  Rounded above the double classic bead, the flame grain is married to the shape, while the taper at the transition seems to pick up speed moving through the purple brindle down to a thin bite point just behind the button.  A subtle and brilliant adornment of ebony wood draws the darker striations of the brindle out.  Well executed and superbly engineered, this straight grained beauty is destined to be a favorite, no matter what tobacco is used, though we definitely recommend a virginia.
