Details
Sturdy and sophisticated, this square shanked billiard from Steve Morrisette has some fancy touches. Maple, which is spectacular when in direct light, was used to start the saddle in the stem. But that's not all - mother of pearl inlays are used on the top and bottom of the stem. On the bottom of the stummel, along the flat panel on the underside of the shank, they are also used to cover up what were undoubtedly small pits in the wood. A nice touch for a unique piece.
