Compact and still delightfully shaped, this handmade author estate pipe from American pipemaker, Eric Klodt may have a shallow chamber, but its wide enough to handle a full English or Balkan blend. The detailed blast finish is crispy and tight with both growth rings and straight grain and the matte coloring is oddly shifting depending on how the light hits it, moving from deep red to dark chocolate. Bent enough to clench with ease, this comfortable smoker has a remarkably smooth and open draw to support the taming of broad cuts of tobacco.
