Jesse's gravitation to the English designs is very apparent in this coppery chocolate cumberland classic with a feel for flow and proportion. The stiff lines of the tapered diamond shank soften as the stems brindle striations take over, being both rigid and subtle. Straight grain patterns in the briar work their way around the bowl, but the majority of visible grain is birdseye. Another modern classic that will be a treasure for generations.
