Jesek Pipe by Martin Paljesek Sandblast Pot with Bamboo

Marvelously lightweight with a virginia forward chamber, this tightly sandblasted pot from Martin features four knuckles of tight bamboo with opposing spacers of sage brindle ebonite.  Note the fine treatment of the barnacles along the shank, not just cut, but slightly angled down towards the bowl and then polished letting the eyes drift from the curves of the pot to the undulated saddle.   With a soft, smooth bevel and a touch of contrasting color, this nuanced and detailed smoker is both over the top and understated - as the best shaped pipes always are.
