Jason Patrick Pipe Bent Sandblast Dublin with Whale Spine and Brindle
Item # JP232337Sold Out
Details
Massive thick walls and a deep craggy blast finish mark this nautical themed smoker from American carver, Jason Patrick. The brindle stem is actually three colors of black, purple, and aqua that blend together to mimic the blue of a thousand oceans and the stabilized whale spine ferrule has been shaped with just a hint of whip on the top side facing the broad bowl. Just a single shade or two from actual black, the dark burgundy tones of the wood are not evident in the pictures but pop out when in direct lighting. The chamber here is expansive and has a slight taper, but the large size deems it moot as even the bottom floor of the drilling is wide enough for any broad leaf blend. Despite the considerable heft of this large stummel, this American handmade is a comfortable clench given its steep and under bent profile.
