Quite large with a massive bowl and chamber, this Lorenzo Grand Canadian estate pipe has a half diamond shank and an acrylic stem with a taper so steep, it may even qualify as a lumberman. Whatever the shape, the wall of the chamber is especially thick and there is a lot of room to hold large cut leaf. There was some charring in the chamber so a bowl coating of sodium silicate has been added to guarantee no issues in its Grand future. There is some minor inner rim darkening, but this Italian beast of briar is still in outstanding condition with a particularly smooth draw.
