Details
Ringed with silver at their London factory, this older GBD straight and tapered apple estate pipe has three logos stamped into its side, one on the shank, again on the wide silver band, and a silver rondelle seated into the ebonite stem. There are some handling marks in the smooth and cross-grained finish, but this English and muscular beauty is still in outstanding condition with some modest darkening around the beveled rim. The chamber is slightly conical with enough width to make good use of an English or Balkan blend, though a favorite Lakeland or burley based aromatic would make a fine choice as well.
