C. Kent Joyce Pipe Bent Elegant Tree with Plateau and Ebonite

Finished smooth with high-contrasting grain wrapped around the sides of the bowl and shank, this elegant tree standing poker from Oklahoma carver, C. Kent Joyce, is enhanced further with an insert of brindle in the saddle of the stem and kissed with plateau on the birdseye laden rim.  A narrow and virginia friendly chamber is just the thing for straight doses of grassy sweetness while the pipe itself is light enough to clench and sip on all day.  Both angular and supple in curve and bend, this American handmade is a keeper for passing down generation to generation.
