Bill Shalosky Custom Tamper Sandblast Briar with .45 Shell Casing

Bill has been using his spent brass to make tampers out of bamboo and exotic wood for several years now.  They are extremely durable and a nice bit of man bling to show off around the lounge.  Here he has used a nice piece of sandblasted briar for a bit of weight and substance, not to mention policing his brass.
