Bill Shalosky Custom Tamper Osage Orange with 9mm Shell Casing

Bill has been using his spent brass to make tampers out of bamboo and exotic woods for several years now.  They are extremely durable and a nice bit of man bling to show off around the lounge.  Here he has used a pale piece of osage orange for a bit of weight and substance, not to mention policing his brass.
